The Management Board of Capital Partners S.A. announces that on April 14, 2011 the company bought from its only shareholder 3 722 751 shares and concluded an agreement of new share issue acquisition of 1 300 000 shares of AKJ Investment TFI S.A. for the total price of PLN 1 300 001.

After the registration of capital, Capital Partners will hold 75.00% of the equity and votes in AKJ Investment TFI S.A.
