• Piecexport – construction company specialised in construction of furnaces for heavy industry clients,
• Bać-Pol – leading distributor of FMCG and operator of SPAR supermarkets in Poland,
• Onico – distributor of alternative fuels,
• Gekoplast – producer of plastic cardboard packagings.

The success of Capital Partners‘ investment approach has been confirmed by acquisition of majority stakes in portfolio companies by industry leaders such as KGHM, SKOK, EMPiK and high demand for shares of listed companies from financial institutions.

Acquisition of TFI Capital Partners (fund management company) in 2011 enables Capital Partners to manage and administer closed ended investment funds tailored to specific needs of our clients. Both TFI Capital Partners and investment funds are supervised by Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
