Registration and Assimilation of F Series Shares by the National Depository for Securities

The Management Board of Capital Partners S.A. informs that on September 2, 2009 the National Depository for Securities S.A. registered 400.000 ordinary bearer F series shares of Capital Partners S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 1,00 each, issued within the scope of conditional capital and marked them with code “PLCPTLP0015”, thereby assimilating them with 24.040.000 shares of Capital Partners S.A.

The Management Board of Capital Partners S.A. informs that on November 9, 2009, it received information about registration of an increase in the Company’s share capital from PLN 24,040,000.00 to PLN 24,440,000.00 as a result of issue of ordinary bearer series F shares within the framework of conditional increase in the share capital by a competent court on October 29, 2009.
