Admission and Introduction to Stock Exchange Trading of F Series Shares

The Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. decided to admit 400.000 ordinary bearer F series shares of Capital Partners S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 1,00 each, issued within the scope of conditional capital to stock exchange trading at the basic market. The above shares shall be introduced as of September 2, 2009 in an ordinary mode to stock exchange trading at the basic market.

The Management Board of Capital Partners S.A. informs that on November 9, 2009, it received information about registration of an increase in the Company’s share capital from PLN 24,040,000.00 to PLN 24,440,000.00 as a result of issue of ordinary bearer series F shares within the framework of conditional increase in the share capital by a competent court on October 29, 2009.
