Sale of shares of eCard S.A.

On September 24, 2009, in response to the Issuer’s public call to subscribe for sale of shares announced on March 20, 2009 by Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Wzajemnych Spółdzielczych Kas Oszczędnościowo-Kredytowych, a sale trans action was concluded with TUW SKOK for shares of eCard S.A. The Issuer sold 11.601.519 ordinary bearer shares of eCard S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 1,00 each for a total price of PLN 8.353.093,68.

NEWS

The Management Board of Capital Partners S.A. informs that on November 9, 2009, it received information about registration of an increase in the Company’s share capital from PLN 24,040,000.00 to PLN 24,440,000.00 as a result of issue of ordinary bearer series F shares within the framework of conditional increase in the share capital by a competent court on October 29, 2009.
