Mr. Adam Chełchowski Vice President of the Management Board

On 26 August 2008. the Company received the decision of the Registry Court in Warsaw, making effective change of Articles of Association in the paragraph 9.1. Consequently the resolution of the Company’s Supervisory Board appointing Mr. Adam Chełchowski as a Vice-President of the Management Board has become effective.

The Management Board of Capital Partners S.A. informs that on November 9, 2009, it received information about registration of an increase in the Company’s share capital from PLN 24,040,000.00 to PLN 24,440,000.00 as a result of issue of ordinary bearer series F shares within the framework of conditional increase in the share capital by a competent court on October 29, 2009.
